Whether you need routine check-ups, preventive services, or chronic condition management, our team is committed to providing the highest level of care tailored to your needs. We prioritize building provider-patient relationships to better understand and support both your immediate and long-term health goals. Our clinic offers a range of services, including blood work lab slips (no in clinic phlebotomy), referrals, EKGs, ear cleanings, UTI testing, and more. Please note that our services are available exclusively for adults aged 18 and over, as we do not have pediatric specialists on staff. Suboxone Program
Our Suboxone program is tailored to support individuals dealing with chronic pain and opioid dependence. Please note, this is the only pain management service our clinic offers. During your visit, we'll start with a urine toxicology test, followed by a consultation with your provider to review your progress and discuss any necessary adjustments. Additionally, you'll meet with our on-site counselor every other month, unless you have a private specialist. As Suboxone is a controlled medication, in-person visits are required each month unless stated otherwise.
